Interior of the Mission - oldest standing building in this region - built in 1700s as a, yes, mission for this area.
It's a narrow, long building, named after St. Francis of Assisi. From which San Francisco is named, of course.

The exterior walls are some four-foot-thick adobe

We hover over the structure... no, actually a model.
Outside wall. Almost all materials are original.
We can peek at the actual adobe bricks through a plastic window.
Original roof truss, replaced after 1906 earthquake.
