NightFall committee meeting at John Rawlston's house
Carla, Richard, John, Madeline, & me are there, eating pizza and discussing musicians
Carla updates her list of "who could play when"
Another House Project! Replacing my thermostat...
The old analog thermostat is... this ... tall...
The grisly guts of the old thermostat
The bright shiny happy new digital thermostat
It's fairly easy to change the thermostat, especially when the previous people use the Correct Colored Wires!
The thermo wires, shorn of their casing, grasp longingly for a new box
Obviously I'm gonna have to repaint around the new box...Next step is drilling holes and inserting anchors.
The new device is screwed into the anchors
Wires are attached to appropriate terminals, and batteries are added
Red to Red, White to White, Green to Green... it's all good.
After snapping on the face... it works!
It's also programmable, which means that it can have different settings at different times (off while at work, for example, and then warming the house before I return home)
The startled look of Sir Kenneth can only mean...
It's Pancake Day 2005! The last on Berkley Drive. That's Angie lower left, and Cameron playing with trains.
Carla and Kenny have a wide variety of fillings and styles of Pancakes (filled crepes).
And I work the hot skillets in their kitchen, churning out several dozen pancakes!
Carla and Adelle celebrate Pancake Day
The Sun Also Sets... perhaps in Red Bank
Yes, it's in Red Bank (City Hall at lower right)
Red Bank's Brick Yard is the foreground
