Sun sets on I-75, as we travel back to Chattanooga.
Ah yes, a chance to play with exposure settings!
Thursday night dinner at Madeline and Brian's house - still strange that this was once the deck outside my apartment (on the left) - now their den.
Brian with his everpresent smile.
Who says Kenny can't hold his liquor? Oh wait, it *is* spilling...
Angie and Carla are here, and oh yeah, they brought their husbands, too.
Madeline & Brian's kitchen, renovated so much more than "back in the old days."
Kenny tries to recover from the horror of an onslaught of my Australia pictures
The lilies I planted last year in my front yard have actually survived to this spring and are blooming
One of the infamous Prentice Cooper State Park chickens, guarding the road as Priscilla and I go hiking
We set out on a hike to Snooper's Rock, which is of course not listed.

It's a warm day, and quite humid; though rainy down in the valley this morning, the sun breaks out during our 5-hour hike
Snooper's Rock, overlooking the Tennessee River Gorge. Yes, I said "gorge-ous."
I stand on Snooper's Rock, amazed and more than a little proud that I'd made it this far. This view must be breath-taking, for I had to stop a few times on the way back.
My fellow hiker, Priscilla, poses for a shot before we head back to the trail.
